Clear & Restore (advanced) - 1 Day Cleanse

To do a 2-day or 3-day cleanse, simply increase the quantity to 2 or 3 in your cart.

Clear & Restore: A guided reset to restore balance with natures gifts. This cleanse focuses on reducing excess yeast, supporting digestion and creating a more stable internal environment. Each drink is thoughtfully sequenced to guide the body through hydration, nourishment, detoxification and repair. Low in sugar and rich in minerals, herbs and warming ingredients, it’s designed to reduce yeast/ fungal bacteria by flooding your system with the supporting ingredients while nourishing beneficial bacteria.

This cleanse is not recommended for beginners. It is recommended you have time to rest during this cleanse, as the usual amount of energy that comes from carbohydrates and fructose in sweeter tasting recipes, will not be present in this cleanse. For those who are used to low sugar recipes in general or have low sugar diets; this cleanse will taste amazingly nourishing, and for those who have a high sugar/ high carb diet, this cleanse will most likely taste a little bland and bitter.
